The story is about a Traveler who missed his train and spends his time outside of an all night café. The Man with a flower in his mouth enters and starts a conversation with the Traveler who missed his train. In the beginning the traveler is a bit skeptical but as the Man talks he starts to fall into the spell of imaginary and explanatory conversational ability of the Man.
